If you’re like me, you might have noticed a lot of the places we care about in the world seem to be disappearing–venues, restaurants, etc. and among them, used bookstores. These are among the most sacred places I know. As a bookseller, more or less a lifetime ago, I’ve long wanted to create a space in my community to interact with folks over and around literature. With anecdote books, we’ll be appearing at pop up events around the Twin Cities to provide a small, but well-curated bookstore experience. Focusing more heavily on literary fiction, music, and poetry, we welcome folks from all walks of life, striving for a small selection of everything, with inventory turning over at each event.
